The EEL (Experimental Ethics Laboratory) is honored to have the guidance and support of several leading scientists on its advisory board:
Kenneth Binmore is Professor Emeritus of Economics at University College London. He has made important contributions to the foundations of game theory, evolutionary game theory, experimental economics and analytical philosophy.
Francesco Guala is a philosopher of science working primarily on foundational issues of economics and social science, using theoretical and empirical methods. He is Research Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Milan (Italy) and is author of The Methodology of Experimental Economics.
Shabnam Mousavi is Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and is fellow of the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin (Center for Adaptive Behavior and Cognition). She has given a talk on Bounded Rationality and Business Ethics at our chair in June 2014.
Brian Skyrms is Distinguished Professor of Logic and Philosophy of Science and Economics at the University of California, Irvine and Professor of Philosophy at Stanford University. His recent publications Evolution of the Social Contract and The Stag Hunt apply the methodology of evolutionary game theory to explain social phenomena.
Toshio Yamagishi is Professor emeritus of Hokkaido University. His research focus is on social dilemmas and the conditions of human cooperation. He has published in leading journals like Psychological Science and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
